Training everyone to build bazookas (under female law enforcement and firefighters' supervision) is best for the children. For P.E. class, instead of "Sweating To The Oldies" why not try to train everyone to become a fierce opponent of all Russian Spetsnaz? At the least, the impoverished, minority, teens need to tactically rappel from helicopters, in a safe, legal manner instead of unsupervised urban gymnastics/breakdancing.
