Congress Unwilling To Fund HIV Hospitals For Poor In Iraq:

Members of Congress: ISIS making gains

Even though it's not as high a priority, what to do about the HIV-infected babies (of all ages) in Iraq also? There truly are no HIV hospitals for the poor there, but for some reason, the corrupt wealthy are able to get plastic surgeries for cosmetic reasons. In Iraq, getting water safe enough to drink is a luxury for so many homeless children.

I hope we can turn the Iraqis against these ISIL terrorists, but I know that it requires necessities, such as shelter, nutrition and a day without the slavemaster pimps who repeatedly feed the orphans candy to support Al-Qaeda. The children who eat their candy are starving and afraid that they can be jailed for accepting a piece of candy from them, by the U.S. military.

I can guess that these nasty terrorists slip date rape drugs, and heroin into some of those candies. That and allowing human traffickers to repeatedly assault and molest them leads to a high HIV rate. If the rapists commit mass genocide against the poor, they get ISIL bitcoin credits. It doesn't help that our elections are being sabotaged in the U.S. either.
