This is a terrible disaster, including for all the Oklahoma, CDL, tractor trailer truck drivers. Underground road tunnels need to be built, along with buried power, utility grids immediately. An underground, St. Jude's hospital ten times the size of INOVA/Fairfax Hospital, with a Sam's Club will need to be built for that exact area.
