I fully support 15,000 mobile, Planned Parenthood clinics that are soley for the battered, Dreamers' female demographic in Colorado. This would need to be donated (in the form of 15 Millon U.S.D. from Colorado this year, then 10 Million U.S.D. the second year for operational overhead) to the Mexican Consulates, Mexican Diplomats, to cover labor, transportation costs, mobile medical clinics, supplies, and humanitarian, U.N. oversight.
