If they had hired the poor, African-American Amtrak employees from Atlanta, Georgia, to D.C. this would have not occurred. At least 75% impoverished, African-American, female, veterans, who are feminist, Amtrak employees should be promoted in the nation, and given four-year, MIT, university scholarships. Also, the entire track must have that automatic speed control system. The 100 mile area in front and behind the site of this accident must be built, entirely new now. The power lines in that same area needs to be completely buried, with sensors for counter-terrorism surveillance. To avoid noise pollution, a fire-proof, bomb-proof tunnel should be built for that new track zone.
