It's time to relocate all disabled, elderly, challenged, and pregnant homeless in all of Southern California to all Northern, Canadian- border states without droughts, such as Maine. They will require safe, Oxford-approved bilingual, I.B. boarding schools. At least 500,000 repeatedly molested, battered, pregnant, minority teen, preteen students will require state sponsors from interfaith organizations, approved by the United Nations.
