I believe in the U.S. Navy giving him leniency as a former, repeatedly sodomized, beaten, drugged, tortured, malnourished child, kidnapped by many brutal gang-raping, terrorist soldiers. The house arrest, GPS-tracking, ankle bracelet approved by Amnesty International will definitely need to occur, along with 5,000 pro bono, Judge Advocates, who are excellent mothers, and also recommended by the U.S. Navy SEAL FOUNDATION.
***Please include pro bono, safe healthcare, free, privated, guarded house, food aid, appropriate, civilian clothing (completely of his own choices/cultural customs), rehabilitative, group counseling, literacy to an associate's degree in nursing/registered nurse-level, recognized by Harvard Medical School.
