The challenges are that many developing countries don't have clean water, let alone Neosporin, multivitamins, electrolyte powders, and rubbing alcohol. Wounds, bedsores on elderly will become badly infected. They only get to go to hospitals that give them Hepatitis C, HIV and don't have enough antibiotics to treat a strep throat. Poor, elderly can just perish from a scrape on their foot, a bed sore or strep throat.
