Updated: 100,000 Missouri Scholarships Per Year To Honor African-American, Female, High School Students

I think it may help develop trust in the state's (Missouri's) criminal autopsies, if there were 100,000 scholarships per year, for female, African-American, high school students, to become Ivy League, M.D./D.O.'s for the nation's coroner's offices. There's a lack of trust regarding African-American causes of deaths, SIDS, and re-exhumed criminal autopsies in our entire nation.

It's critical that Oxfords and Ivy League Universities make an annual promise to African-Americans of 100,000 scholarships, per year, from this particular state, Missouri, for that purpose. The way forward for the African-American community in Missouri looks challenging but we need more female, Reverend Jesse Jacksons from that state, to lead our nation.

I hope that the Missouri governor can afford to fly in, and host Reverend Jesse Jackson, the N.A.A.C.P., and feminists leaders. It's important for our country's African-American feminists to respond to these Rudy Giuliani comments regarding Ferguson, Missouri. I also hope they can bring in three, independent, African-American, female, experienced, F.B.I.-approved, criminal, forensic pathologist doctors to perform a review of the Ferguson, Missouri coroner's office.

I hope there's enough federal funding to re-exhume/re-investigate suspicious deaths in the African-American communities, in the entire state of Missouri. I wonder what happened to the African-American community's missing/deceased/victimized  children, teens, disabled, elderly, poor, and disabled veterans from that state.
