There's a lookalike situation with Dr. Derek Zukovsky's urological nurse in Evergreen, Colorado and the heroin-addicted waitress from Highlands Ranch, Waffle House, D.E.A. S.O.D.

Also, remember that at my first appointment in Evergreen, Colorado, at Randy Sclar's clinic, there was a different Dr. Derek Zukovsky than at his office in Lakewood, Colorado, in the same building as Cohen & Womack. The one in Evergreen, Colorado was younger, smaller and had a different face and voice.

He acted sexually abusive towards me with the lookalike nurse. The Lakewood, Colorado one (Dr. Derek Zukovsky, #2) had an Egyptian-looking lower face, almost like Yasmeena's father from Northern Virginia, Graham Road Elementary School. Yasmeena/Yasmina's father was an Egyptian diplomat. He had white hair, curly, longer hair, larger build, taller, and a different American accent.

***Monica, my nurse practitioner at Randy Sclar's office was also abusive towards me, at the Evergreen, Colorado clinic. There also was a patient there who must have had plastic surgery, to lookalike to a famous actress, Hunter Tylo.***

***One of my Denver V.A. Medical doctors, my assigned Primary Care one, an Asian-American female resembles my social worker there, except for the nose. My social worker there at the Denver V.A. Medical Center said that my father wasn't "really" a Vietnam War POW, although he actually was imprisoned with my birthplace, South Vietnamese family doctor, after the Fall of Saigon.***

***At PetsMart, in Highlands Ranch, near the University Blvd/East County Line Road, there was a young, male, Caucasian employee in the guinea pigs area who resembled a famous actor, but I can't remember which one now.***

***At Namaste restaurant in South Lakewood, off of Wadsworth Blvd, there was a lookalike (plastic surgery) to another actress, the one from "Dharma and Greg," who played Dharma's mother.***

***A few days ago, I went to Ann's Nails in Northglenn, next to Red Lobster, off of 104th Avenue, and a customer that came in after me, sitting next to me on my right, looked like a taller Maria, Tora Duong's ex. Their face and curly hair were resembling each other, but she wasn't Maria.***

***Today, a dark red car was stalking me, on I-25 North from Highlands Ranch, at 6:09 p.m. It had mustard yellow license plates on the rear, with reversed 666 on it. It's license plates were 999-NMF. The plate had no state on it though. The plates may be fake also. This was about 10 miles from downtown Denver.***
