I hope the ex-felon, homeless, female, pregnant, outlaw, minority, bike gangs all get gathered up to discuss a Geneva Convention truce with the law enforcement. If they are willing to operate a community law enforcement, charity, Hawaiian luau, mobile food cart together once a week, for their poor, turn over all illegal weapons, be retinally-scanned, legitimately pass drug-testing every month (10 years), and gather up all the newer ones to work on cleaning the highways under probation officer supervision, then why not offer them each a $5,000 King Soopers gift card per year?

C.S.P. should select 25% of this category (no more than 20,000 in the state of Colorado) to be part of the outlaw, motorcycle gang, peace convention with law enforcement. The federal government must be sued on behalf of feminist, minority C.S.P., for the funds, supplies to prevent more gang wars, and human trafficking.

This should occur every year for at least ten years, so that any free, Homeland Security-approved, literacy, addiction treatment programs can improve their chances at humane, non-human trafficking employment. I hope that they can get rent in excange for cleaning the women's maximum security prisons, landscaping the grounds, and delivering food on camera. Some of them might be able to report prisoner abuse by staff, and other prisoners.
