Hopefully, the matching stem cells can be located to be immediately transplanted into the Maryland Governor, who has Stage IV Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. He will need all the testing recommended in the link above, for Stage IV, along with a matching stem cell transplant, and aggressive chemotherapy cocktails coupled with possibly, full body radiation.
