In order to get everyone GLBT appropriate, adequate, accessible, feminist, inclusive, bilingual (Spanish, English), medical resources, counseling and battered shelters, without violating their PRIVACY ACT, HIPAA rights, let's only count every U.S. military service member, veteran and law enforcement officer as GLBT in every state and U.S. territory. This will prevent them from being repeatedly targeted as GLBT hate crime, battered, abused victims/family members/advocates for them.
