The female driver who ran the red light was involved in another auto accident, which she stated her other vehicle was totaled and there was, and is an auto insurance litigation. She also is connected to an in-law, a female, who "accidentally" killed a 7 year-old boy, by texting while driving. That female in-law is in a mental hospital with what she, the female driver, believes to be a "nervous breakdown."
