I fully support (non-nuclear) solar, fan-turban, and hydroelectric power plants being built in Pakistan, by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Peace Corps and WorldVision. Hopefully, the compassionate will assist in building nursing homes for the Pakistani elderly and disabled.

 So many Pakistanis have recently perished in the same type of heat wave that threatens American elderly and disabled every year. While in air-conditioned offices, this U.S. Congress will need to be sued by all of the impoverished, elderly, minority, veteran, and disabled communities.
