90% of the wild boars, 95% of the leprosy-infecting armadillos, 95% of the East Coast skunks in the U.S. will need to be safely eradicated, including in Hawaii. Federal funding has to occur for safe, experienced, minority, GLBT-inclusive, female, formerly enlisted, U.S. military veterans who are  hunters from the law enforcement agencies, so that the hunting is done in a safe manner.
