I have to add in my own advice here, which works like a charm for being more resilient and positive in the face of tragedy. Ask yourselves, what would the collective consciousness of all African-American, GLBT, F.B.I. agents want for/from me in this very situation? And what would a Scorpionic, cunning, Mark Santini-type of U.S. Special Forces' commander need from me in this tragic moment? What would a Navy SEAL SERE instructor want for me to do right away, for my own physical well-being and survival?
