TO POOR MUMS: ZEE DIET BURGER CASSEROLE:

***THIS IS MORE FUN IF THE KIDS WEAR FAKE FRENCH CHEF MUSTASCHES AND CHEF HATS. TRY TO TEACH THEM A LITTLE FRANGLISH.***

BAKED, GREEN TOMATOES (THAT SUBSTITUTE FOR FRIED, GREEN TOMATOES) CAN BE LAYERED WITH GROUND LAMB BURGER PATTIES IN A TURKEY BACON, CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE.

MIX MINCED SHALLOTS, CILANTRO PESTO, AND PICO DE GALLO INTO GROUND, 98% LEAN, LAMB. BRUSH BAKED, TURKEY BACON WITH MEXICAN, MOLE SAUCE USING A PASTRY BRUSH.

BAKE ALL INGREDIENTS SEPARATELY. WITH KIDS, FINELY-CHOP ALL TURKEY BACON, AND BLEND INTO GROUND LAMB BURGERS BEFORE BAKING IT.

ARRANGE INTO A CASSEROLE PAN, WITH SHREDDED, REDUCED-FAT, SMOKED, GOUDA CHEESE AND SALSA. PER POUND OF GROUND LAMB MEAT, USE A QUARTER POUND OF SMOKED GOUDA.

MELT CHEESE IN OVEN, ON LOW BROIL FOR TEN MINUTES, CENTER RACK. TRANSFER TO PLATTER, AND SERVE WITH CIABATTA BREAD ROLLS, SLICED IN HALF, AS LAMB BURGER BUNS.

A PLATTER OF BABY MESCLUN, ROCKET, ARUGULA, BABY KALE LEAVES, WITH EXTRA FRISEE, SALAD GREENS SHOULD BE IN THE CENTER OF THE TABLE.

A SEPARATE PLATE OF SLICED, SAUTEED, VIDALIA ONIONS WITH MUSHROOMS, AND BOTTLED, BURGER CONDIMENTS SHOULD BE AVAILABLE.

***AT THE DINNER TABLE, TRY TO ASK THEM WHO THEY ARE, TEACH THEM HOW TO INTRODUCE THEMSELVES IN FRENCH, DESCRIBE WHERE THEY ARE FROM, THEIR AGES, AND NATIONALITIES. FINALLY, TEACH THEM TO SAY "THANK YOU VERY MUCH," AND "PLEASE" IN FRENCH.
