TO ALL POOR MUMS:

THE PHO RARE BEEF SLICES AT THE ASIAN MARKET CAN BE ROLLED WITH FETA CHEESE AND MINCED, FRESH, FLAT-LEAF PARSLEY. ADD SOME TOMATO BRUSCHETTA TO THE FILLING, AND ROAST IT IN THE OVEN FOR QUICK, GREEK TAMALE CASSEROLES.

SERVE IT ALONGSIDE A BOWL OF TEXAN, FOUR ALARM, BISON CHILI IN SOURDOUGH BREAD BOWLS, FOR A WINTER DINNER. GRILLED, JALAPENO-BUTTERED, WHOLE, ORGANIC, RED CORN ON THE COB CAN BE GRILLED. THEN, SLICE ALL CORN KERNALS OFF, BLEND WITH FRESH CILANTRO, CHIVES, AND PICO DE GALLO. SERVE IN A RAW, SWEET, RED BELL PEPPER BOWL.

FOR DESSERT, FRESH AVOCADO SLICES CAN BE CUT THINLY, THEN FANNED, ALTERNATING SLICES WITH SLICED, SWEDISH, BAKED PEARS IN GLOGG WINE, AND DRIZZLED WITH CHAI-SPICED, FIG PUREE SIMMERED WITH WARM HONEY/MAPLE SYRUP.
