To D.E.A. S.O.D., F.B.I., N.C.I.S., C.I.A., Ms., Lillith Magazine Executives, and A.C.L.U.

There was a nurse who performed a PAP Smear at a Conifer, Colorado clinic and gave me vaccinations for tetanus, diptheria, MMR, etc. Her name was Bobby Sue, I think. She was a former U.S. Navy nurse/hospital corpsman. She recommended breast implants to me, and the vaccination shots made me have those same symptoms I suffered in boot camp. I felt sick, fatigued for three months, and the skin on my scalp came off of me in huge patches.

The PAP smear was painful, caused severe pelvic cramping for a few days. She was staring at, and stroking my breasts longer than normal, during her "examination" for breast cancer. She was Caucasian, short, straight, blonde-dyed hair, recently on a California honeymoon to her second husband, I think. She was approximately 40 years old, and petite. Please find her and bring her to N.C.I.S. for interrogation.
