Are SEALS Allowed To Donate Bone Marrow?

http://www.childrenscolorado.org/departments/cancer-and-blood-disorders/programs/bone-marrow-transplant

Truthfully, I trust bone marrow donors to this program, from within the U.S. Navy, since some get regular drug, HIV, Hepatitis C testings. However, I understand that the SEALs probably aren't allowed to donate bone marrow, unless their command approved it, especially at high altitude. The non-SEALs are possibly allowed to donate bone marrow to the pediatric unit of their hospital though.
