To A.C.L.U., & N.A.A.C.P.:


The terrorism risk assessment software for the finance, health and auto insurance industries will need to contribute a free, Open Source project for C.S.P., and all local law enforcement in the U.S. Any minority, U.S. Special Forces' pregnant wives will need to be asked, in case the police departments need help getting their risk assessment software updated, at no cost. That way they can remove 1/4 of Colorado's population per day, for terrorism charges. If search and arrest warrants were paperless, this will save time and money.
