NYC graffiti artists need to be rounded up for assessment. Some are gangster artists, just like in D.C. Metro. They claim turf with graffiti, and brag about their drive-by shootings. Among those "artists" are many psychopathic, radicalized assassins. How come NYC has so many serial pedophiles?
