I think that the Kenyan and Somali refugees there are going to require safe shelter, feminist healthcare, clothing, literacy, and food aid minimally. Also, the Kenyan universities will need updated electrical wiring systems, extremely large, hospital elevators and fire escape stairs built. Fire evacuation, lockdown drills need to occur there on a weekly basis. It's best to recruit, train and hire 50,000 female, U.N. peacekeeping troops from the Somali refugee community right there.
