To A.C.L.U.: Transparent, Legal, Drone Accountability Also Needs To Be Solved

The sale of drones from the U.S. to the international community will need more Homeland Security, F.B.I., C.I.A. and N.S.A. oversight. It's relatively easy for drones to be manufactured by terrorists, so hopefully there can be a free, non-subscription fee, database created for all materials that could used for drone production.

The local law enforcement need affordable access, so they can be aware of the risks, prior to their own operations. Ideally, each state should have a law enforcement team of 500 drone experts to 1,000 people. That ratio would be more manageable, considering how many armed drones are already sold by the U.S. government and U.S. corporations.
