Please create a short list of five to ten trustworthy individuals from your chains of commands and turn the rest over to N.C.I.S., F.B.I., Homeland Security, C.I.A. and N.S.A. We will need to create safe opportunities for our children, 100,000 female, Somali refugees from Kenya to the U.S. That number of officers will need to be brought to U.S. military tribunals with death penalties, by the end of this week.
