I hope that this may have been due to advanced age, e.g. dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, stroke, or a concussion/TBI that caused this accidental shooting of a 44 year-old, African-American man. The Tulsa PD need more funding, for adding 75% more deputies than the current amount.

There should be a fundraiser, for their salaries, including paid volunteers, and a ratio of 75% African-American, female, from poor, who are military veterans, as police officers there. The victim's family should receive $10 million, U.S.D. tax-free for this shooting, minimally, from the state of Oklahoma. Every African-American latchkey orphan needs to be put into an N.A.A.C.P.-run, Hershey's boarding schools. I hope $50 million U.S.D. can be raised for all of this, for Oklahoma, in a month.
