In Ohio, all McDonald's should switch to only Coke Zero, and Pepsi Zero. Baked, not fried, sweet potato fries, burger patties and hash browns can occur. Also, baked/grilled, boneless, skinless chicken breast fillets are healthier. All the Ohio McDonald's burger buns should become flat/reduced calorie, whole-wheat, with no high fructose corn syrup, or whole-grain tortillas.

Half the menu must be healthy enough for obese, diabetic and heart attack patients. That means Ohio's McDonald's have to cut the menu's cholesterol and sodium content by 90%. The drive-through menu needs to feature fresh, local, Mexican salad kits, with fat-free dressings. The McCafe and desserts can be made healthier, using organic stevia, for sweeteners and 1%/less organic dairy, UHT.
