We'll need 500,000 donated, purebred bloodhound puppies to be donated to Denver, Colorado, to be trained specifically for this genetically-modified yeast. Their trainers should be U.S. Special Forces' homeless, formerly enlisted, disabled veterans in Colorado. They'll need to have 5,000 large K-9 training ranches, with hidden, eco-friendly  housing/shelter structures for this purpose. Energy-saving features such as underground canine sleeping quarters can be built.

All facilities have to be completely cleared of radon, asbestos, lead, mercury and uranium deposits. Also, sprinkler fire systems and anti-radon mitigation (air ventilation) should be built into the facilities. Air and water quality monitoring systems need to be designed along with automatic dog feeders and watering systems. The puppies must be housed with their breastfeeding mothers and litters for a full year also.

***Each ranch will need donated: 5,000 USDA ORGANIC, precooked/processed, entire Boer meat goats/year, to provide the bloodhound puppies, breastfeeding mothers and their litters with adequate nutrition at high altitude. Also, each ranch will require 1,000 entire, USDA Organic yaks, in processed, raw, frozen steaks. Remember to allocate $100,000 U.S.D. per ranch/year for operational expenses. Hopefully, this will occur for twenty years in Colorado. This has to also double as a Fresh Air, STEM: Submarine, and Organic, 4-H Summer Camps (swimming, rock climbing, soccer, self-defense, martial arts, fishing, art, music, gardening, farming) for impoverished, minority children from Lakewood, Colorado's public elementary schools.***
