To CSP: Rainwater Drainage In Highlands Ranch Needed

At the corner of University Blvd and East County Line Road there's going to need to be a lot more rainwater drainage vents on both sides of each road. Also, more rainwater drainage is necessary for C-470 near Wadsworth Blvd exit on both sides of the road. Please screen out road construction crews and make sure waterproof security cameras are installed with night vision and geothermal features in more sewage/drainage tunnels.
