It's sad that one man can actually, physically kidnap a group of four adult women, or a dozen, preteen children in five minutes. This is why people are afraid of each other in D.C. Metro and N.Y.C. The only practical solution for that and all the carjackings is to offer free, professional, self-defense, stranger danger awareness, and safe gun ownership classes to impoverished women, over age 18.

Even if they're 16, in the U.S. military DEP/Delayed Entry Program, that's fine for them to train at professional, reputable gun ranges with adult, law enforcement supervision also. I completely support legal emancipation for the purposes of increasing female, concealed handgun ownership and U.S. military recruiting into the DEP program, so they can be in boot camp after graduating high school. Being molested, abused, assaulted and enslaved by a family of liberals isn't empowering, nor feminist at all.
