This chilling mass shooter reminds me of the jihadist, U.S. Navy SEAL, who tied a fourteen year-old female victim to a tree trunk, removed her skin, brutally raped, and murdered her in Virginia. This happened when I was an adolescent, and was in the Washington Post newspaper. I can't imagine why or how these two psychopaths were never caught until then. Why not psychologically profile the entire Top Secret clearance community, every month for antisocial personality disorder and narcissist personality disorder?
