8 CUPS OF UNSALTED, DE-SHELLED, ORGANIC, RAW PECANS, COARSELY-CHOPPED TO PUMPKIN SEED SIZES
8 CUPS OF UNSALTED, DE-SHELLED, ORGANIC, RAW PUMPKIN SEEDS
1. COAT WITH MELTED RICE BRAN OIL, AND JAMAICAN JERK SEASONING MARINADE.
2. LAYER IN A COOKIE SHEET AND TOAST LIGHTLY, 325 DEGREES FARENHEIT FOR APPROXIMATELY 10 MINUTES.
3. ALLOW TO COOL, THEN GRIND IN A COFFEE BEAN GRINDER ON REGULAR SETTING.
4. BLEND 50/50 WITH PANKO BREAD CRUMBS/WHEAT GERM.
