I HAD TO USE TWINLABS DEBITTERED BREWER'S POWDER IN MY DARK COCOA DRINK AFTER EACH RUN, WITH STEVIA, AND SKIM MILK. I DEFINITELY HAD TO ADD A NATURAL VITAMIN E OIL CAPSULE IN AFTER EACH RUN FOR MUSCLE SORENESS.
***GOING FROM 3 HOUR RUNS AT HIGH ALTITUDE TO 3 AND A HALF HOURS (HIGH ALTITUDE, NON-STOP, SIX DAYS/WEEK) IS QUITE CHALLENGING.***
