Can anyone develop a hypoallergenic, SPF 75, zinc oxide (micronized, like Image line's) in matte, dark brown, mineral makeup, eyeshadow cream, and eyeliner in self-sharpening, organic, fair-wage, bamboo stick forms, with this type of primer blended in?
