Cuba Participated In ISIL-Funded Torture, Genocide Of U.S. POWs

Thoughts:

1. Both the U.S. Gitmo Prison and Cuba should upgrade working conditions for feminist, minority, Muslim-inclusive, prison guard staff, access to bilingual medical care, adequate rest, nutrition and breaks for guards, and feminist-sensitivity training for humane prison management.

2. The prisoners who gang-rape or murder other inmates must be turned over to U.S. military tribunals, with death penalties, for prison riot prevention.

3. It's time to introduce a more aggressive strategy with Cuba, by capturing 15,000 Cuban negotiators, in exchange for the release of our American POWs who are definitely being tortured, starved and repeatedly gang-raped in Cuban prisons.
