To A.C.L.U., N.A.A.C.P., & All African-American Mamas From D.C. Metro Ghettos:

The problem with teaching financial, or basic savings account literacy, is how enormous the amount truly is for teenagers, just to build six months of living expenses. If they're not mathematically inclined, and extroverted, to ask for assistance, it may feel impossible to apply for all their scholarships, grants, in Colorado.

They may feel overwhelmed about the simplified form for verifying their residency, eligibility for the Colorado Opportunity Fund. This is due to many people telling them it's impossible. All their lives, they were never given a safe space for psychological healing, and allowed to express their feelings. This happens to all abused victims.

People think it's important to surround them with mentors. I agree wholeheartedly with that philosophy. Their GLBT mentors, should also be their college/university advisors/assistants, where they can be more open about their sexual orientation, and try to ask for a GLBT peer mentor, assigned to them in each class. This is safer for them, so they can walk to the dark parking lots together, after class.

This is why we need to first sign up a team of GLBT peers for them. Those ones need scholarships, and can make sure to provide a tolerant, inclusive, compassionate environment. They're going to need someone who will not judge them, if they "come out" during this time.

This means we need a team of 5,000 GLBT scholarship students per 15,000 students enrolled, at least. Otherwise, the classrooms will become similar to the radical ideology represented in violent movie "American History X."

Instead of worrying if Obama's healthcare plan somehow caused Nazis to "need" to distribute heroin in Costa Rica, as these hate criminals on  anabolic steroids may scream, rant and rave, why not get those scholarship students enrolled, and discuss how we need to find them all safe, inclusive, battered, PTSD-friendly housing.

They need VNA who are GLBT to be their landlords. It's best if the VNA are given $10,000/per ten scholarship students, to pay their housing, public transportation passes, healthcare, food, clothing, etc. This is for the buildings that can be converted into ten, soundproof, mini-bedrooms suites, each with its own full bathroom. This requires generous donations from the food banks, Habitat For Humanity, every single week also.

Let's support a weekly, rental agreement for them, as they're battered, disenfranchised, illiterate, challenged, and marginalized. We can afford this charity, from the prisoners' financial assets, who abused them, by having their rapists delivered to the African-American, female, U.S. federal agents, who specialize in serial infant murderers, serial infant pedophiles, and serial gang rapists. This way, the serial gang-rapists and serial murderers can't escape from these under-funded, under-staffed, less secure, minimum security jails.
