We need to gather donations for the U.S. embassies to give rewards of $50,000 U.S.D. in Swiss gold coins, for information directly leading to the arrest warrants, and capture of those radical, Islamist terrorists.

This means that three million, volunteers who are impoverished, minority, battered females will need to visit the U.S. state and federal systems' prisons with Amnesty International, to remove at least 1/3 for U.S. military tribunals, with death penalties. We can't allow radicalized prisoners back out of prisons to repeatedly prey upon the ghettos, and latchkey orphans.

One-half of the U.S. military appeals court should be fired, without severance packages, for releasing those hate criminals, serial rapists out to repeatedly assault, organ-harvest, human traffick, and commit genocide against the impoverished, minority, malnourished, homeless, latchkey orphans in the U.S. inner cities. Before the presidential election, this should happen, to bring more funding to each state's Victims' Assistance programs.
