ISIL Jihadists Very Aggressive, Western-Trained Teens, Millennial Generation:

These international jihadists are very unpredictable, and not able to work as well as a  multinational team. They're often recruited from U.S. military boot camps, where ISIL recruiting occurs. Please bring in all U.S. military boot camp recruits who didn't finish, for any reason to retinally-scan and drug-test every month for a year. This will give them a better opportunity as a civilian, in the federal government, or state government. Hopefully, they'll be included as an approved, unpaid intern for the U.S. government, for a year, part-time, to build their resumes and decrease their chances of being recruited overseas by these terrorists.
