There's a definite need for all states' governors to raise (together) 1/one billion U.S.D. by the end of this fiscal year, this very October 1st to the Paralyzed Veterans of America. This can be done by having all the local banks sponsor a weekly fundraising place e.g. IHOP, Waffle House and Denny's across the nation to accept donations, much like the groceries' charities. The top ten largest banks in the U.S. will need to pay for an affordable venue and provide a cash prize/lottery, with raffle tickets for PVOA. Please gather for a successful class-action lawsuit against those top ten, largest banks in the U.S. every week.
