Eurocreme Festival Needed At Eiber Elementary School, Lakewood, Colorado

There should be a Eurocreme galette festival every morning at Eiber Elementary School in Lakewood, Colorado from 6 a.m. to 12 noon. The children need to have a huge galette cebration every morning with economical, organic, pasteurized French cheeses. Hopefully, the food carts will arrive with Parisian French chefs every morning to prepare crepes and galettes for the children.

Excellent recipe, but it could use fresh, organic, frog legs cooked in a Cajun, savory, beignet batter, on the side of the galettes. Also, a Smart Butter substitute, and wild ramps should be used.

How to get enough fruits and veggies into the children's diets:

Have a large, fresh fruit basket on the table and keep berries (fresh) in the fridge for them.

Get raw veggie platters, so they get used to eating real vegetables, dipped in fat-free ranch/raita.

Frozen vegetables should be purchased with fresh meats, a three pound to one pound of meat ratio, to keep foods fresher, in transit also.

Take the children to the farmer's market and grocery stores with you, to select, identify, count and bag produce. Once home, have them assist you in deciding what to have for dinner. Let them assist in baking and cooking.

Get a kid's cookbook, or adapt recipes so it's easier for them (using pre-cooked meats).

Take the children to a pick-your-own farm if possible. They should see fruits and vegetables in their natural state.

Try to grow an organic strawberry plant together with them.

Mix large amounts of fresh, organic, pureed/finely-minced, orange and red veggies (carrots, squashes, pumpkins, red bell peppers) into tomato pasta sauce dishes.

Mix dried fruits with salt-free nuts in a snack bowl. Whole Foods, Sprouts both have a large variety. They also have pouches of omega 3 rich, fruit purees with organic chia seeds.

They may enjoy dried berries and veggies, as snacks, from Vitamin Cottage also.

Have the boys learn to drill and cut open young coconuts for the family. They enjoy helping in the kitchen, especially if it involves gadgets and tools.
