After reading this and the link below, I can only hope that Ms., Lillith feminist magazine executives fly in 10,000 of their own investigators, medical doctors and attorneys to re-investigate Kleiner Perkins. The greed defense by this venture capitalist firm doesn't fit logically, with the quiet, Ellen Pao. "Too competitive" typically means: employee is unwilling to compromise her hard-working ethics, and has had escalated sexual harassment by both male and female colleagues.
The internal investigator, hired by Kleiner Perkins is highly questionable. As usual, the Kleiner Perkins' barracuda attorneys are actual hyping employee sexual abuse, for a large profit, while hypocritically pointing the finger at everyone else. The plaintiff's attorneys are also at equal fault for encouraging this type of abusive behavior towards the victim, Ellen Pao.
The lack of supporting documentation (and falsified documents) against Ellen Pao, prior to being terminated by the once-powerful, Kleiner Perkins firm, is a very common, yet illegal practice that's celebrated by most of Denver Metro and Melbourne, Australia. What concerns me are all the powerful universities, mentors, former medical school colleagues, wealthy clients who invested into, and promoted these psychopaths.
