Syria will need to be held responsible in the U.N.'s I.C.C. for the mass genocide of  impoverished women and children. The U.S. farmers should be part of solving the Syrian food crisis/security programs. Each school must be turned into a safe bomb shelter, supervised by experienced farmers, and ranchers also. It's more sustainable to create organic, Similac dairies with organic, drought-tolerant dairy goats, yaks in Syria. These should be owned and operated by 100% impoverished, Syrian mothers.
