I think it's best to assign an organic, drought-resistant farm and dairy to each and every Greek orphanage. The children should get to live on their assigned organic farm, dairy six months per year, to be able to participate in a nutritional literacy and STEM (Science, Math, Technology), single-gender, school uniforms, I.B. educational school.
The extracurricular activities, (Art, Music, Physical Education) three hours per day should be co-ed. All meals should be co-ed, so they can be trained to view the opposite sex as human beings, with feelings. Domestic violence, sexual molestation and rape will need to be addressed every single day, for thirty minutes per day.
Since they are truly impoverished, they will need a one teacher (whose a medical doctor) to three student ratio for half the year. They should all be mentored to be a bilingual, family doctor, employable in Greece and the entire Mediterranean region. They will need to be enrolled in a drought-tolerant, farmer's market, charity, that includes interfaith, racial and gender tolerance.
