To A.C.L.U., Ms., Lillith Feminist Magazine Executives:

The Aghan police departments should be camouflaged, or resemble other structures, due to lack of security personnel. There should be one million, supervisory, female law enforcement (who are well-known as excellent mothers, grandmothers) trained in that country to do security checkpoints and act as community advocates for the battered, impoverished women and children. There needs to be more females (75% female ratio) in law enforcement, to pat down other female suspects, otherwise it could cause greater rioting against U.N.-approved, feminist police there.
