Flagstaff, Arizona is a quaint, well-educated, scenic place that has already seen so many tragedies, including wildfires, probably as a result of ISIL recruiting, arsonists, who repeatedly get released from Idaho's prisons, and jails. The homeless in Flagstaff who are battered, pregnant teenagers, and repeatedly molested need to be found and brought into bilingual, I.B. boarding schools with 24/7 daycares, 365 days of the year.

This will hopefully allow law enforcement to find exactly which individuals have been molesting, stalking, and abusing them. They should have a fully-furnished, small cottage, with two private rooms, 1.5 bathrooms with three deadbolts on the front, back entry-ways. There needs to be a smaller room connected to the full bathroom, (the bathroom with a shower), for their other child, and/or nursery, with a crib and a separate toddler bed.

***Please re-design 5,000 large, vacant homes with this, as a guest house. The large home should be transformed into a wheelchair accessible residence, fully furnished, and donated as to the Wounded Warriors. The guest house can be re-zoned as a separate property, for Americorps to donate to the pregnant, teenagers who are also mothers of toddlers and/or small children.

Each large home needs to be located within a quarter mile, or less, from a well-rated, I.B. elementary school with a full-day, year-round, bilingual, Mexican Spanish, American English Head Start program. There should be a live-in, Mexican Spanish, American English, bilingual, minority, female, veteran, registered nurse, to personally care for each Wounded Warrior also.***
