Are Younger Men More Dangerous, Violent Than Older Men?

I thought the older male rapists were truthfully the more dangerous ones than the younger crowd, although more rare. Usually, they're discovered to be a criminal by their twenties though. The younger ones, I thought, were more liberal, feminist, and progressive than the older males.

Also, they have extensive bioengineering experiments to create a "Super Military." Olympic-level athleticism isn't enough. They can probably create supersensory soldiers, with the keen abilities to taste and smell for fugitives, and explosives.
