It's important to host an Irish festival, for the public schools and celebrate the foods, music, quilts, pottery, wreaths and crafts of that country. Often people don't learn how to do Irish dances, in D.C. The grassy Mall fields would be a perfect place for an Irish cultural dance event for expanding Oxfam's charitable locations.
