To N.A.A.C.P.: Ben Jealous & Reverend Jesse Jackson

I feel it's critical that the C.I.A. be reorganized, by Ben Jealous and Reverend Jesse Jackson. Half of the C.I.A. should be African-American, and feminist, as well as the F.B.I., D.E.A., and Homeland Security.

This will prevent the country from sliding further into a global financial crisis/G.F.C./Great Depression. America has a crisis of genocide against African-Americans on its hands.

As our fragile economy recovers, I hope we can recruit our impoverished, malnourished, anemic, orphaned, African-American children from the inner cities, in a junior delayed entry program, from junior high schools, specifically designed for the U.S. military's ROTC's/V.M.I.'s/Westpoint's. If they could start earlier, with federal funding/private school scholarships, they could thrive, not just physically survive.
