My heart goes out to the victim of such severe violence. These types of preteens, young teens get involved in gang violence, drug cartels, militias and finally step up to become "Omar the Chechen." They enjoy brutality, and can not be reformed. Even before, or without any drug, and alcohol addictions, they're psychopathic.
The psychopath can appear extremely intelligent, dignified, mature/wise, charming, upstanding and outgoing. I'm baffled about how they justify their extreme violence and hatred towards innocent people. I've read about this, but it's difficult to understand why this continually occurs. The criminal justice, court and educational systems seem to be deliberately ineffective and corrupt. The judicial system that released these gangsters on bail must be investigated for ISIL recruiting, and terrorist activities.
